At Hotel Line, we like to think that we’re experts on all the finishing touches that can make a great hotel fabulous.  We’re all about providing luxurious pampering products to smooth, soothe and revive your hotel guests. We provide an extensive range of guest amenities and accessories to the hotel and hospitality trade but we can also personalise many of our products with your logo or manufacture to your exact specification, with a small Minimum Order Quantity, starting from 400 pcs only. We pride ourselves on our ability to offer the personal touch so if we don't have exactly what you're after or have questions, we're at your service.

Why buy from us?



Almost all of our articles are produced in E.U. in collaboration with artisan companies, attentive to the products quality and capable of satisfying any request for customization even for a few pieces. This is particularly interesting for small structures such as VILLAS, B & B, BOTIQUE HOTEL that want to differentiate themselves and have their own line, designed and built according to the characteristics of their environment.
An efficient transport system and logistics in the north Italy, allow our customers to have all this at very favorable conditions and in short times.

Delivery times



We will endeavour to ship your goods within 2/4 working days.

Bespoke orders will be subject to additional lead times, between 30 and 60 days.

Delivery times to international destinations may vary. International deliveries are made by arrangement and costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your order. 

Transit times may vary and will depend on destination.

How to order



You can buy directly from the ONLINE SHOP or send a request at info@hoteline.eu. You will receive the order confirmation to proceed with the payment and in the case of bespoke products you will be contacted to provide all the necessary information to proceed with them.

Payment and Delivery



Payment terms are in advance for the ready products, and 50% advance + 50% before delivery for bespoke products.

We prefere the offline payment by bank transfer, but for small orders you may prefere the online payment.

Payments on this website are powered by SSL secure shopping. Choosing PayPal as payment method upon check out of your order, you will be redirected to PayPal secure hosted payment page where you can pay by your PayPal account or by the following credit and debit cards: American Express, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Discover, Carta Aura.

Deliveries will be shipped by Courier.

What do I need for bespoke products?



For bespoke products it is necessary to provide your logo in in vector format ".cdr - .eps - .pdf - .ai". If you do not have a logo yet or wish to renew it, we can support you. For more information please visit the "Graphic Design" section.
